Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we’ll contact you via email with an update on your order status.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — Free on orders over $50

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days — Rates calculated at checkout

International Shipping:
We currently ship to select countries in Canada, Mexico, Central America, and South America. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. America’s Carrot Sun is not responsible for these charges—they are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

America’s Carrot Sun is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@americascarrotsun.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
